To recap for those who couldn’t make it: Rene Escovedo stepped in on drums and really had us moving through the tunes. Jeff Prinz made a surprise guest-appearance with the band and proceeded to tear the place apart with some jaw-dropping saxophone acrobatics. We’re looking forward to bringing you more fun, funky mayhem in the new year. In the spirit of the season, we’re making a list (of songs), and checking it twice. All the ones that are naughty are being reviewed to make sure they are as naughty as possible, and the nice ones are being left in a pile by the curb for a pickup by the local charity. If you know someone who’d like a slightly used, but only mildly funky song for the holidays, have them get in touch. Cheers, and have a great new year’s eve everyone!

A good last gig of the year at the Bistro. Thanks to everyone who came!
